Thanks for shopping at glamorous-you.co.uk. We want you to be entirely happy with your Glam purchase with us. You can return any item back to us you don't wish to keep. We are happy to provide easy free returns for our customers with CollectPlus pre-paid labels just in few clicks!
Returns
COVID-19
- Due to the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, our returns policy has been extended to 28 days from the date you received your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in it's original condition
- Your item must be unworn and unwashed, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume.
- Your item needs to have all tags still attached.
- We reserve the right not to refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
How do I return an item?
UK Returns
You can return your Glamorous-You parcel using our CollectPlus return label from anywhere within mainland UK. Returns are fully tracked.
If you use our handy pre-paid returns label completely free of charge.

However, if you choose to pay to return the parcel yourself, we do require you to return this using a tracked service.

We advise that you retain a copy of your proof of postage and tracking in case of any lost or delayed parcels. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right the refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
International Returns
Your parcel must be returned using a tracked returns service and you must obtain your return postage receipt and hold onto it safely until you receive your refund from us.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
Exchanges
Unfortunately at this current time, we are not able to process exchanges due to the quick changes in our stock levels. If you require a different size we recommend you place a new order quickly to avoid disappointment.
