At Glamorous-You we understand that sometimes you may need to return your item and we are happy to refund any unwanted items providing they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt in their original condition- undamaged and unworn with all tags and security tape in tact.
Please take extra care when trying on as we cannot accept returns with make up or tan marks, snags or damage caused to the item through trying on.

You can return your Glamorous-You parcel completely FREE using our pre-paid CollectPlus return label from anywhere within mainland UK. Returns are fully tracked.

However, if you choose to pay to return the parcel yourself, we do require you to return this using a tracked service.

We advise that you retain a copy of your proof of postage and tracking in case of any lost or delayed parcels. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right the refuse a refund if you are unable to provide.
